We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these terms and conditions at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the material contained on the site is accurate at the time of publication. However, Goalstox will not under any circumstances be liable to you or any other person in any way for any loss or damages (direct, indirect, special, economic, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary, including without limitation loss of revenue, data, anticipated profits or lost business) in respect of use of, or inability to use, or any reliance on, the Site, any of its content or links (including without limitation any inaccuracies or viruses), or any web browser or other equipment.
By accessing the Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goalstox and its agents, suppliers and their respective directors, officers and employees from and against any and all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with a breach of these terms and conditions or the use of this Site.

Links to other sites should not be taken as Goalstox’s endorsement or approval of such other sites, the third parties named therein, or their products and services, nor is any liability assumed for incompatibility, non-suitability, viral infection or other destructive/disruptive components on or from such other sites.
The framing, mirroring, scraping or data-mining of the Site or any of its content in any form and by any method is strictly prohibited.
Goalstox cannot guarantee complete confidentiality or security for information that is transmitted electronically. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that Goalstox is not responsible for any damages or losses you may suffer as a result of your electronic transmission of confidential or sensitive information to us. No consent or waiver by either party to, or of any breach or default by, the other party in its performance of its obligations under this agreement will be deemed or construed to be a consent to, or a waiver of, a continuing breach or default or any other breach or default of those or any other obligations of that party. No consent or waiver will be effective unless in writing.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed from the rest of these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India applicable therein. By accessing the Site, you hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the legal courts located in the City of Mumbai, India for any disputes or matters arising from, connected with, or relating to the Site, this agreement or any related matters.
Force majeure
GOALSTOX shall not be responsible for delay or default in the performance of their obligations due to contingencies beyond their control, such as (including but not limited to) losses caused directly or indirectly by exchange or market rulings, suspension of trading, fire, flood, civil commotion, earthquake, war, strikes, failure of the systems, failure of the internet links or government / regulatory action.
Investor Redressal Mechanism
Investor Satisfaction being of utmost importance, for which necessary mechanism and systems are in place. All the client grievances are monitored and redressed by the Compliance Officer of the Company who reports directly to the Board of Directors and this essentially takes care of the necessary escalation in case of any long pending and serious compliant, otherwise the same are taken care of by the Compliance Officer with the support of the Compliance team. The clients can email their grievances on the email id cust_service@goalstox.com, also displayed on our website and the same also mentioned on various correspondence, if any, sent to the client from time to time. All the mails received are duly monitored and redressed by the Compliance Officer. The register of grievances is centrally maintained for better control and monitoring, Thus the grievances received in writing, mail, verbally, etc. are centrally monitored and redressed and recorded with all the necessary steps taken for redressal of the same.
Notice
All notices, correspondences or communications issued under this agreement shall be served in any one or more of the following modes of communications and such notice or communication shall be served at the ordinary place of residence and/or last known web address / residing address and / or at the ordinary business address of the party to this agreement such as -

By affixing it on the door at the last known business or residential address.

By oral communication to the party or on the last known telephone number or on the recording machine of such number.

By advertising in at least one prominent daily newspaper having circulation in the area where the last known business or residential address of the party is situated.

Any communication sent by Goalstox to the Client shall be deemed to have been properly delivered or served, if such communication is returned on Goalstox as unclaimed / refused / undelivered, if the same was sent in any one more of the above modes of communication to the ordinary place of residence and / or last known web address /residing address and / or at the ordinary business address of the party to this agreement.
Investment or any other advice
We do not provide any discretionary advice, nor provide any other generic investment advice. We are a mutual funds distributor (MFD) and our governed by SEBI/ AMFI guidelines for the same. Please read Code of Conduct statement.
Our services are limited to distribution of mutual funds, deposits, digital gold, credit cards, loans and referrals to insurance. You are advised to check with your financial advisors before investing.
Goalstox, and its officers, directors, partners, employees, agents and affiliates will have no liability with respect to any investment decisions or transactions of the client.
Service rendered by third party service providers
In course of providing you with best products and services, we may engage with various third party service providers from time to time. This includes, but is not limited to third party providers of mutual funds, NBFCs, and bank which are actual manufacturers of the products. Third parties also include other aggregators which provide products of other manufacturers to our customers. Third party also includes services rendered by transaction processing intermediaries including KYC providing fintech and BSE MF Star and MF Utility.
Client agrees to do his independent due-diligence on these service providers, and Goalstox or any of its employees are not responsible for any deficiency in service or otherwise. Our role with these third party service providers is limited to introduction and facilitation through their service channels and we are not responsible for services as provided by them.
Client will be bound with Terms of Service and privacy policies of various third party service providers, along with that of Goalstox, for any services rendered to them by these third party service providers.
These terms of service are subject to change without prior intimation, and client would be communicated of the changes, if any, from time to time. Your continuation of use of our services will be taken to as your consent to any changes that may have been done.
